When we work together in counseling treatment, the process begins with a meeting and
an interview.  We will discuss your strengths and supports, the problems you're facing,
your experience with them, and your related history.  I'll offer ideas to you, based on what
you have to say and what I have to offer as your counselor.  We'll work together to set a
plan, and then we'll hold ourselves to achieving what we set out to do.  I hold a firm belief
that recovery from psychiatric symptoms and addiction is fully achievable, once you
discover and embrace the means to reach it.

Please contact me if you have questions or if you're interested in scheduling an
