When we work together in counseling, the process begins with our initial session,
where we'll discuss the difficulties you've been facing, your experiences with them, and
your related history.  We'll work set a plan together, according to your personal goals,
and work creatively and collaboratively to take active steps toward achieving them.  I
hold a firm belief that recovery from psychiatric symptoms and addiction is fully
achievable, once you discover and embrace the means to reach it.
